I absolutely adore the colours and pattern of this dress. Its a sort of honey mustard colour with grey and black feather on it. I don't have that many feminine dresses but this one is quite cutesy and it goes great with my new and most favourite pair of boots from Primark. If you look at my Winter Wishlist then you will see a pair of boots similar to this and I have been crushing over so many little black ankle boots but none of them have been quite right until I found these, so happy with my buy. I also got this amazing cross bracelet/ring from Primark which I wear a lot now especially when I go out. I have a cross obsession and have also been looking for a nice bracelet/ring for a while and heard Primark do cheap ones. I spent a while in the jewellery section to find these but so glad I did. Also please excuse my scabby nails. I did them for new year and they are scabbing off a bit now, nail varnish chips so quickly because of my job as I use my hands a lot. Wish I could find a nail varnish that lasts more than a couple of days...

So lets start 2013 with a bang!

This is what I wore on new years eve (sorry I'm a little behind), I went to a house party so I wanted to dress up but still stay a little casual. So I went with this bralet I recently bought from Primark which I love as its this beautiful burgandy colour and I teamed it with some jeans and lots of black accessories. I love my boots from Office, they are just totally amazing!  They are similar to my Lita's but a whole lot more edgy, adding the wow factor to any outfit. My black necklace with the round pendant is from Motel Rocks, I bought it from the shop where I live from the vintage section. I really like it because it says Sagittarius on it which is my star sign and I am very proud of being one.

Winter Wishlist

So this is my wishlist of things that I really want this month, some of these things I am trying to find the perfect  versions of and some I just need to save up a little more cash for. So firstly I have been trying to find a reasonably priced oxblood/burgandy coloured velvet skater dress as I know that oxblood is this seasons big colour. Velvet is also gorgeous wintery feel fabric and I know that this dress would look perfect on Christmas day. Next I have been wanting some cherry red Doc's for about a year and they are on my Christmas list so fingers crossed...I have also been looking for a pair of black ankle boots like these Chelsea Boots which since finding on ASOS I have fallen in love with. Then to go with the black boots I would love some cheap white socks with frills on the top, they just look so cute. I follow Le Happy's blog and she wears a black beanie hat in a lot of her posts so I would love at hat like hers. I am loving the studded trend that is out now and having been trying to find a spike bracelet that would compliment any outfit and also that edginess to it. And lastly I have been searching everywhere for a pair of white tartan jeans! When I was out shopping last week, I saw a girl with a pair and I have been looking for some for a while and although I have found the occasional pair, I can't seem to find any in my size. I have loved tartan ever since watching Clueless a few years ago and I feel a black and white pair of jeans would just look awesome.

Welcome to the jungle, we've got fun and games

Hey guys, so for this look I wanted to do a more casual look however still have an edgy side to it. I decided to team my flannel shirt with a leather jacket to add that rock chick vibe plus leather is really in this season so I thought that worked perfectly. Then I added some laid back jeans, these acid wash ones are my favourite right now, I was looking to buy some in Topshop but I found these identical beauties in Tesco for half the price so I bought them straight away! I also just bought these crazy leopard print flatforms in Office. I was looking for some flat shoes for winter because I own way too many pairs of heels and virtually no flats (I prefer heels though) and these were in the sale for only £15 so another great bargin buy. To compliment the leopard print of the shoes I wore my leopard print earrings and a cute 'A' necklace in black and gold (my real name is Alicia so that's why its an 'A').

On the first day of christmas...

So this look is sort of Christmas themed as we are now in to December which seems crazy! I am wearing my Motel Rocks trousers/ leggings which I love! They are also this shimmery green colour which is perfect for Christmas, will definitely be wearing these on Christmas Day. I teamed them with red and white for that ultimate Christmas feel. And of course my Jeffrey Campbell Lita's for the finishing touch :)
